Pregnancy massage is considered to be safe and during your first consultation we will carry out a thorough consultation to ensure there are no contraindications.
In the second and third trimesters you will be positioned on your side with pillows to make you feel comfortable.
The massage is carried out as a full body massage and includes some gentle stretches and mobilisations of the shoulders, wrists, hips and ankles.
After the birth of the baby, it is very easy to forget your own needs but post-natal massage will continue to help with many of the aches and pains you may still be suffreing with and importantly allows you time to relax!
